Location: London Salary: £80,000 to £120,000 + Benefits and Bonuses.

One of the worlds leading Global Banks is recruiting for a Director level candidate, to join the highly specialized and unique team within Acquisition finance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with £250m to £3bn market cap companies.
• Research markets and companies with an eye for strategic opportunities and origination.
• Conduct financial modeling including debt capacity and structuring models.
• Pitch, structure and deliver innovative financing solutions and present cases internally to committees for ultimate credit and underwriting approval.

The Ideal candidate will be qualified with an ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA or equivalent. Strong Excel skills, have an understanding of risk and being able to identify mitigating factors. You will also be an effective communicator with good inter-personal skills and the ability to build strong working partnerships.
