Buy- and sell-side M&A, MBO/MBI, debt and equity raising, as well as fairness opinions are offered across telecommunications, media and technologies (TMT).
Candidates needn't have TMT experience but the ability to contribute from day one is necessary, so a grasp of the techniques of corporate finance is mandatory. Candidates could come from practice, business school, bank or boutique.
