The ideal background may include:
Outstanding academic record, min 2.i or equivalent
Significant M&A/ECM experience from a top tier investment bank
Excellent knowledge of the Scandinavian market
Experience of complex financial modelling, DCF, LBO & strong all-round financial technical skills
Excellent written & verbal communications
