With an extensive deal list and an overflowing pipeline for late early 2008 a number of key hires need to be made.
With an enviable track record of success in the FMCG space our client is looking to recruit an Associate and a VP.
You will ideally possess or demonstrate.
An outstanding academic record, min 2.i or equivalent.
M&A experience from a leading institution or equivalent.
Experience of complex financial modelling, DCF, LBO & strong all-round financial technical skills.
Excellent written & verbal communications
Fluency in an additional European language would be an advantage.
Within the bank all team members enjoy a high level of involvement at every stage of the transaction and continual interaction with senior level bankers from the larger investment banks and key players in management of client companies.
The managers, associates and analysts are active contributors during every phase of the deal process and are an integral part of the transaction team.
Associates act as the primary processor on a deal or proposal and are expected to master all aspects of executing a transaction, creating a new business presentation, performing financial analysis and modeling, researching industries, and preparing offering memoranda and other written materials.
Associates will be expected to have the ability to work on two to three transactions at any one time. By the time they are ready to advance to manager level, associates will be expected to manage transactions with minimal supervision and also coordinate the activities of all team members, the client, the lawyers and accountants.
