Our client was one of the first European premier investment bank specialising in technology, specifically Information Technology, Applied Technology, Communications and Electronic Media. They have completed acquisition transactions in 26 countries for start-up businesses through to some of the world's largest organizations. With a team of 40 professionals and a dedicated research department they can, uniquely, lay claim to 400 transactions, 60% cross-border. Their current pipeline reflects the fact that they are established as one of the top players in the sector.
With offices globally, they manage numerous acquisitions and divestment programs on a global scale utilising their close relationships with some of the world largest and most influential companies in the technology arenas
Currently, for succession planning purposes, they are looking to attract future partners into the organisation at the Director or Managing Director level. Ideally the right individual would have a strong TMT origination background with the gravitas and industry contacts that would have been developed throughout their career.
This is an opportunity for an individual who would like to take a more strategic role within a top-tier boutique investment bank, taking charge of cross-border M&A deals and carving a future for themselves. An origination background is an advantage, but not critical.
