Our client was the first European investment bank specialising in technology, specifically Information Technology, Applied Technology, Communications and Electronic Media. Vacancies exist for two (either) analysts/associates/ADs to join their execution support team. Suitable candidates would be ACAs or equivalent from audit TS or CF, corporate financiers or lawyers (or similar) background.
The role, depending on seniority, covers research, modelling, writing information memorandums, marketing, attending meetings and general execution tasks dependent on rank. You aren't expected to run deals at this level. You must be academic, good communicator, assertive but pleasant. As a boutique they can offer a very inclusive CF education; exposure to many aspects of a deal and vital client facing opportunities. Experience of technology is less important than good commercial instincts and the polished presentation skills that are often promoted in some of the better known, larger organisations. Products are acquisitions, divestments, company sales, financing, valuations and strategic advice.

With a team of 40 professionals and a dedicated research department they can, uniquely, lay claim to 400 transactions, 60% cross-border.
