An opportunity has arisen for a Managing Director to work on Originating and Executing cross border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private placements (capital raising), fairness opinions and valuations, corporate finance issues, and distressed situations / financial restructurings deals under a single international business card model, drawing specialist skills from all offices on the execution side of the deals.
This opportunity will also have a stake in the business, and being a UK founding partner, you'll have a voice in sculpting and driving the business going forward.
