The ideal candidate will have gained some experience in a transaction services, corporate finance or capital markets team with one of the large accountancy firms. The requirement is for an executive, ACA qualified, to undertake a mixture of tasks; due diligence, long form reports, writing admission documents, modeling, valuations, project management, evaluating businesses, IPO's, flotation's, M & A etc. Historically this company has had a lot of success in the resources sector (Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy and Soft Commodities) but they are increasingly becoming a presence in related market sectors. They have a Principal Investment team in addition to their project finance, advisory, capital raising, sales and research teams. This could be a fantastic transactional education in corporate finance for an individual who has outgrown their current role.
