Our Clients Oil & Gas operation focuses on cross-border M&A and ECM transactions, covering both upstream and midstream/downstream clients, from the smaller independent exploration and production sector to the larger integrated oil companies.
The coverage is coordinated centrally and cross-border deals are the norm. Their Investment Bank provides the highest quality financial advice and execution expertise, encompassing Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring, Private Placements, Privatisations and Equity Capital Markets.
