VP / Associate Director required for leading Global Bank's Corporate Development team. This high-profile role will involve working closely with the Global Head of Corporate Development and liaising with the Bank's Board in the execution and origination of global M&A activity.
Our client has an ambitious international expansion program planned, and is therefore seeking to strengthen their Corporate Development team.
You will have responsibility for leading teams alongside a Director in the identification, analysis and execution of all acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
This role would be an ideal first step for someone seeking to move from the FIG Advisory Side (Corporate Finance / Leveraged Finance / PE) to the Buy-Side in a market-leading Corporate Development team.
The long-term career prospects are excellent for someone wishing to ultimately move into high-level Management and/or Operations positions within banking / financial services.
Successful candidates will possess strong academics, a deep knowledge of the FIG sector, and ideally, but not essentially, an accounting qualification or MBA.
