As a result of continued outstanding deal-flow, this leading consumer-focused M&A boutique in the European mid market space is seeking an exceptional M&A associate. They offer bulge-bracket bonuses (up to 200%) without the bulge-bracket hours.
Our client is a specialist in the Consumer Goods sector, specifically European Food & Beverage, providing financial advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestments and capital raisings.
As well as exceptional bonuses and greater work-life balance, this role will also offer the opportunity to work solely on live deals, there is no pitch-book work.
The successful candidate will have outstanding academics and 3 to 5 years' M&A experience (or equivalent) in a top-tier bank or boutique.
