A Corporate Finance Boutique in Hertfordshire requires an Associate to work alongside Partners on acquisitions, disposals and fundraisings in the £2m - £30m space. Ideal for a Hertfordshire based candidate seeking a change from the City.
My client is highly regarded in the Home Counties. They focus on traditionally well-performing sectors such as construction, property and the environment and have thus been very successful.
They require someone to work on a range of M&A and fundraising activities, encompassing research, financial modelling and transaction management alongside a Partner.
You will therefore be working in a midmarket PE Firm, a Midcap Bank or the Corporate Finance team of a leading Accountancy Practice.
With strong deal flow and a streamlined team, this role offers a lucrative overall bonus structure.
