My client is seeking a German speaking M&A Analyst or Associate to join their generalist Corporate Finance team focusing on the German market.
You will be involved in M&A, Capital Markets transactions and Restructuring, so will gain far greater exposure than is common within a standard banking environment.
This award-winning Corporate Finance Boutique attracts a lot of interest from the market, so the successful candidate is likely to have 2-4 years Corporate Finance / M&A (or equivalent) experience from a leading institution, strong academics and a personality that lends itself to origination and networking. Experience working in the German market would be ideal, but not essential.
