My client is an award-winning bank in the mid-cap (sub £750m) space and has a market-leading restructuring practice.
They are seeking to gain market-share and are thus keen to talk to senior Corporate Financiers with strong sector expertise and track-record of originating deals across Europe.
The successful candidate will therefore likely have 10+ years Corporate Finance / M&A experience (or equivalent) in one or more leading institutions, and have the drive necessary to win new business and develop the client's European brand.
