Our client is a leading $3.5bn Event Driven Special Situations fund with over 10 years of experience investing in European event driven opportunities. The fund focuses on merger related, credit and special situations investments and hold offices in London and New York.
They are seeking an Entrepreneurial Senior Equities Analyst to:
Source investment ideas and make recommendations on the portfolioArrange and conduct meetings with company management.
To be suitable for this role the candidate could have:
Senior experience of FIG equities / M&A within a bulge bracket investment bank, hedge fund or asset management house or similar.Knowledge of event driven / special situations investing.Outstanding modeling skills.An entrepreneurial work ethic.Excellent academics.
