Location: London Salary: Competitive Base + Bonus
Our client is a €300m European credit event driven hedge fund investing in non investment grade corporate debt: performing stressed or distressed credits. Set up in 2003, their portfolio is made up of distressed, high yield and mezzanine corporate debt selected on the basis of detailed fundamental bottom up credit analysis. They have a two-year lock in for funding and hold a 90 day redemption period.
They are looking for a Senior Credit Analyst to add to their team to invest in distressed and performing stressed credits; carry out detailed fundamental bottom up analysis and conduct meetings with company management.
A suitable candidate for this role could have:
Experience of distressed / stressed credit investing in a hedge fund, asset manager, private equity shop or similar.
Prior to buy-side experience, a background in leveraged finance in a bulge bracket investment bank or a background in the professional services.
