Location: London Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus & benefits

 

Our client is part of one of the world's largest international banking groups, specializing in the debt and equity markets.
This opportunity lies within the Leverage Finance team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in all aspects of the deal process
  • To actively manage your portfolio of Agency's and Non-Agency LBO deals
  • To progressively manage the deal process, from both internal and external perspectives
  • Support other parts of the Business as required
  • Modelling, preparing credit papers, data research and due diligence
  • Portfolio management and monitoring
  • Liaison with clients, other Agent Banks and syndicate Banks

The ideal candidate may have the following qualification or the equivalent: ACA, MBA or CFA. Experience in Banking relevant to the MBO/Leverage Finance Market would be beneficial as would strong numerate and modelling skills.
