Real Estate Finance, Associate (REF: SJ/SS00894)

Salary: £50-55,000 + Bonus

 

Leading European boutique bank seeks experienced Analyst/Associate to join a Real Estate focused origination team within the London business. The team is primarily engaged in commercial property lending in the UK and Germany, as well as being involved in the securitization and management of portfolios of commercial mortgage-backed securities. It provides senior and mezzanine debt to facilities to companies engaged in property investment and development.


Responsibilities:

  • Credit research and market analysis;
  • Preparation and presentation of credit papers for submissions to Credit Committee;
  • Financial modelling;
  • To assist in the execution of transactions including the preparation of loan agreement and the completion of property due diligence;
  • Marketing to deal introducers;
  • Client relationship and transaction monitoring.

 

Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate, a strong academic background, experience of commercial property market and/or secured bank lending coupled with the abilty to develop and manipulate financial models. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential;
