One of the worlds leading Global Banks is recruiting for a Director level candidate, to join the Real Estate Structured Finance team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Generating income through the negotiation and completion of £150M + deals. Supporting Relationship Directors with their most profitable clients in order to then identify, structure and execute business development opportunities. Work closely with the Syndications team through all stages of negotiation and into syndication process. Analysis of credit risks leading to preparation of detailed credit assessment for deals in the range £10M upwards. Direct responsibility for negotiating and completing deals in the property, hotels and urban regeneration sectors To act as a sector expert for Business Banking.
The Ideal candidate will be an Associate Director / Director with experience in Structured Finance within Real Estate. Have an extensive knowledge of the typical products and services required by large corporate customers in the Property, Hotels and Urban Regeneration market sectors. You will also be an effective communicator with good inter-personal skills and the ability to build strong working partnerships.
