Location: Scotland Salary: £60,000 - £100,000 + Bonus & Benefits
A leading European institution is recruiting for Directors and Associate Directors based in Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Glasgow. This is an exciting role with a focus on both Sponsored and Corporate deals within the mid-market space, primarily in the oil & gas sector.
Your responsibilities will include:- Leading the origination effort from both new and existing clients- Building a strong local network with advisors, funds , entrepreneurs and corporates (Oil & Gas services businesses) - Managing the financial modelling and the structuring process from origination through to execution.- Negotiating term sheets- Obtaining credit approval- Assisting Capital Markets / Syndication teams.The ideal candidate will have the following qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA or equivalent. Strong excel skills, have an understanding of risk and able to identify mitigating factors. You will also be an effective communicator with good inter-personal skills and the ability to build strong working partnerships.
