Our client is a reputable mid market private equity firm looking at asset backed deals in the retail, leisure, healthcare and education sectors. Their focus is on UK and Western Europe. Due to strong deal flow they are looking to add to their entrepreneurial team of talented investors.
The ideal candidate will have a background in leveraged finance or will be a trained accountant, ACA or similar, with experience in transaction services. Strong academics from a leading university are essential. The person must be numerate with sound technical and modelling ability and possess strong communication skills. A second European language is not necessary.
