Principal, Private Equity Fund of Funds (REF: SJRC1138)

Location: London Salary: c. £100,000 + bonus + carried interest

Our client is a leading global private equity firm investing in primary funds, secondary investments and direct co-investments.   

We are seeking a VP or Principal to join the European investment team, with particular focus on France and Italy. The position is a senior investment role where you will lead investments, manage existing relationships as well as develop new business, train and motivate junior members of the team.  

As well as fund investing into private equity you will also be required to work along side the co-investment team looking at European wide direct investments as well as some secondary activity.  

Candidates therefore must be:  

  • a native or fluent French speaker, Italian language skills would be an additional benefit.
  • you must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in fund investing in the private equity sector
  • numerate academics are also highly regarded as well as further professional qualifications such as the CFA, MBA etc...

 Extensive travel will be required.
