The client is a leading European real estate private equity group with an outstanding track record.
Ideal candidates will have had initial experience and training within the Spanish real estate market as an asset manager. As such, local experience and native Spanish language are essential.
Duties will include:
Working with the acquisitions team, you will need to develop operational and disposition strategies for each investment and manage their execution so as to maximize returns;
Substantially upgrade Europe's internal and external (investor) reporting and forecasting capabilities;
Oversee the management of third party service providers, e.g. property managers;
Manage internal and external asset management stakeholder relationships - e.g. with the acquisitions team, lawyers, accountants etc.
