Our client is a leading investor in private equity secondaries. With a global reach and funds under management exceeding $8bn we are looking for talented Associates to join the London team.
As an Associate you will be responsible for all aspects of evaluating secondary investment opportunities, including research into private equity managers and due diligence on leading sponsor groups and portfolio companies. You will get involved in execution of investments and project management of deals. Working alongside some of the most well regarded investors in this space, you will quickly develop your skills and build up exposure with a view to long term growth within the firm.
The ideal candidates will have a corporate finance or M&A background within a leading investment bank or boutique. Qualified accountants, ACA or similar, with experience in a transaction services team will also be considered. A first class academic background and second European language is essential. German, Dutch and Scandinavian are of particular interest.
