Our client is a leading European Real Estate Private Equity firm who are looking to add an analyst to their expanding real estate team based in Milan.
The successful candidate will be in a dedicated real estate role or in an investment banking environment with exposure to real estate modeling. Understanding of both acquisitions and asset management is an advantage. You will also need to be both fluent in English and Italian (verbally, written, etc.) with an excellent academic background. The role will enable you to look at developing new investment opportunities, managing and executing investments and monitoring the existing portfolio.
