Location: London Salary: Dependent on level and experience
Our client is a young and growing private equity investor specialised in acquiring direct portfolio assets from other professional investors. Their focus is on UK and Western Europe. Due to active deal flow and expansion they are building their team and looking to fill positions from Analyst through to Director.
Candidates may come from a range of backgrounds but they must have solid transactional based experience. Suitable profiles will include mid market M&A and leveraged finance, transaction services with ACA qualification, or similar, or those within a portfolio management position. The role will involve origination and execution responsibilities as well as hands on portfolio management of portfolio companies. Languages are beneficial but not essential.
