Our client is a reputed private equity real estate property group covering a value add and opportunistic investment strategy. Transaction size is typically < Euro 1+ billion with a pan-European and N. American focus.
The types of transactions include Real Estate Assets & Portfolios, Development Investments, Real Estate Backed Operating Businesses (OpCo/PropCo structures) and Strategic Platform Investments, with a focus on foreign real estate development companies. We currently have openings for a Vice-President, Associate & Analyst. The team is a small, experienced private equity real estate team operating in a highly professional environment. The investment team is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring transactions and executing due diligence.
Suitable candidates must have an excellent academic record and display a high level of entrepreneurial judgement and independence. Potential candidates must also demonstrate strong communication, organizational and presentation skills.
We are seeking people from juniors to mid level management within International real estate consultancy, investment banking, institutional real estate investment or corporate private equity.
